Echo Romeo is a 1976 150M. He lived at Cable airport in Southern California for most of his life teaching people how to fly. A few years ago he met a wealthy benefactor who gave him a complete overhaul - new paint and interior, factory reman motor, all new plastics and hardware.

We met  early in 2006 when  I  decided to fulfill  my lifelong dream to learn how to fly. After he agreed to move to John Wayne airport near my home and let me take care of all his expenses, he began to teach me how to fly. He did a good job as I received my private about 4 months later. He acquired a Garmin 340 and 430 early in the process to help in navigating the busy airspace around LA and Orange County.

We fly up and down the coast a few times a week with more lengthy adventures into the desert, Mexico and Northern California on the weekends. His excellent condition and meticulous paint job elicit compliments wherever he goes. I have tremendously enjoyed flying with him!
