Wednesday July 31st through Friday August 2,  2013

Who's Invited?
The scheduled aircraft forums and events are intended for Cessna 150-152 Pilots, but everyone is welcome to participate. A number of C150-152 pilots who have "graduated" to four seat airplanes attend every year.

Is Membership in the Cessna 150-152 Club Required?
No, the fly-in is hosted  by the Cessna 150-152 Fly-In Foundation an independent non-profit corporation. Though the Cessna 150-152 Club endorses the fly-in and informally cooperates with the Fly-In Foundation to promote the fly-in, Club membership is not a requirement to participate.

What is the cost ?
Registration fees for the entire fly-in are $35 per airplane, and $35 per person.  These fees include refreshments, all scheduled club events, and camping at the airport. Meals, and Hotel/Motel lodging are extra. The price for the Saturday night awards banquet is $25 per person $12.50 for children under age 9.

What about Lodging?
Fly-In shuttle vans will pickup and deliver to the seven Hotel / Motels closest to the airport. Summer weekend rooms in Clinton often sell out. If you plan to stay in a Hotel / Motel you should reserve a room as soon as possible. You must mention that you are a Cessna 150-152 Club member in order to receive a discount rate. Here's a description of the available Hotel / Motels.
Can I camp at the airport?
Yes! In fact, camping at the airport is the most popular way to make new friends and experience the Clinton fly-in up close and personal. There is plenty of lush lawn so you can camp next to your plane, Portapotties near the flight line, and decent camp showers are provided. The air-conditioned FBO is open 24 hours a day , with a lounge, snacks, weather computer, and clean restrooms.
What about food?
There are affordable meals available at the airport. Basic breakfast,  lunch, and dinners will be served Friday through Sunday noon, and Saturday evening is the official awards banquet buffet. (note that tickets are required for the banquet.)
What should I wear?
The average afternoon temperature in Clinton in July is 83F with 63% humidity. Shorts and T Shirts are most sensible. Don't forget a hat, sunscreen, and your bathing suit (for cooling down in the camp showers.) Banquet dress is casual, so no fancy duds are needed.
What else is available in Clinton?
Those interested in local entertainment have their choice of  professional baseball, live theater, great dining, and a new Casino just 5 miles from the airport. For details check out the Clinton Website at www.clintonia.com
